Since mid-June, A.Skillz has been loading up his Bandcamp page with his classic Insane Bangers series which features cuts from himself and collabs with the likes of Krafty Kuts, Beatvandals and on the latest volume, Nick Thayer. As many of us already know, when A.Skillz and Nick team up, only the biggest block-rockin’ beats are created and the 4 party Breaks tracks that can be found on volume 8 are most definitely of the ‘must-have’ variety if they’re not in your collections already that is.
Opening with a generous amount of bass and bounce in Booty Snax, we’re next met with the swing, swagger and funkin’ groove of Jungle Banger. Following on with all of its guns blazing is the massive Yap That Fool and bringing things to a close is the fun and feisty Nothing Like A Bonus.
