UK based Diesel Recordings has been killin’ it on the Breakbeat front for some time now with regular quality releases from a global crew of producers. With over 200 tracks on its books, it’s very much a label that needs thoroughly investigating if you’ve yet to hear of it and if you love your Breakbeat.
With all that being said about Breakbeat, one of Diesel’s more recent releases ‘Just For Bass’ that comes from Alt-A, is very much a 4/4 driven tune but sits comfortably with the rest of the music on the imprint thanks to its intense vibe and bass-heavy approach. Joining Alt-A on the release of his new heavyweight tune comes a couple of huge remixes! The first sees a return to chunky broken beats as KWeRK drops an old-skool flavoured remix that’ll suit those who love to rave with their hands in the air perfectly. The second of the remixes is by Borka FM and taking things back to a 4/4 led sound, he drops a growling and upfront Tech House remix that’ll turn a few heads once it’s dropped at the party.
A very solid selection of music is what we have here and it’s what we’re becoming accustomed to with Diesel Recordings releases. Long may it continue!
