Bradley Drop – VooDoo Child

Bradley Drop is a Breaks and Bass producer from Washington DC whose sound is very much geared up for the dancefloor. With lots of lively tracks and mixes to dig through on his Soundcloud page, it was his tune VooDoo Child that grabbed my attention and made me love it so much that I had to share it with you all. It takes us back to that classic Ghetto Funk sound with the drums kicking hard and a fusion of a Funk and Hip Hop classic taking place. On this occasion, it’s Bobby Byrd’s horn-heavy Funk classic Back From The Dead and YZ’s acapella from The 45 King’s Hip Hop classic The 900 Number that are paired up to join the bouncing beats and infectious groove. If you dig it, hit the free download button on the player to make it yours!
