Cuttin’ It Fine – The Bless Up EP

With seasonal cheer in abundance, Cuttin’ It Fine Records joins the party with its seasonal offering ‘The Bless Up’ EP. 5 free tracks are all yours from label regulars and recent new signings.

Three of the artists that have already been signed to the imprint include Hipsta, who serves up an expertly executed funky Breaks take on Beastie Boys classic ‘Body Movin’. Next up is the gutsy Disco chug on Frankee More‘s solid edit of Jungle‘s dreamy ‘Happy Man’ and completing this particular trio of producers is Pecoe, who applies his trademark funky Breaks sound to his re-funk of ‘Fire’ by Etta James.

The two newcomers to the label include Gramophone Soul and we know he needs no introduction to our readers of the blog. He too heads down the Disco route but on his rework, he chooses to head down the one paved with glitz and glamour with a spin on Diana Ross‘I’m Coming Out’. Mr Fitz is the second of the newcomers to join the illustrious roster and he’ll be bringing his own brand of party flavoured D n B to the table, just like his remix on the EP of ‘Brown Eyed Girl’ by Van Morrison.

Considering Cuttin’ It Fine is not even a year old yet, we’re expecting great things from this label in 2019, so get it followed on all the socials below and stay tuned for more music like this EP posted!
