With a constant stream of guest mixes and mixes from himself popping up on the regular on his Funky Vibes UK YouTube channel, plus his ongoing ‘Rap Nuggets’ and ‘Summer Soul’ EP series’, it’s fair to say that Dj XS is a busy chap. Always wanting to expand his musical empire though, he’s back with another new EP series that promises to be another one to always keep an eye out for in the future!
‘Disco Nuggets’ is that new EP series and much like the EP’s that have gone before, Dj XS will be providing new music along with a little help from his friends. It is, in fact, two of his friends who open the quartet of Disco delights on offer this time around with DJ Laurel first up with the luxurious and rich Disco groove of ‘Love Explosion’, while S.Nolla follows with a barrage of brass and a serious funky flavour on his track ‘Party Is The Solution’. Dj XS steps up to complete the EP with two Disco delights of his own in ‘Turn It Out’ and ‘Devil’s Gun’. If you want to keep the movers and shakers fully entertained on the dancefloor, those two will achieve that goal with ease!
