Father Funk & Bear Twists – Disco Biscuits EP

As mentioned just a few days ago in a Father Funk feature, he and Bear Twists were due to drop a new EP very shortly, so there’s no surprises as to what we have here for you now.

‘Disco Biscuits’ is the new 4 track offering from the longtime collaborators and it not only marks the start of them now working together as a duo, but it also marks a new approach to their production work with lots of new sounds being experimented with, taking them down a different path to their bootleg shenanigans.

On their new EP, they seamlessly blend Funk, Disco and Hip Hop with more modern elements of Glitch Hop, Garage and Drum n Bass to produce 2 party-popping, dance floor must haves ‘Love Is The Answer’ and the title track of the EP ‘Disco Biscuits’, and 2 smooth and very cool tracks ‘Flutter’ and ‘Child Play’ that are geared more towards those who prefer to listen to their music in the comfort of their own home.

If this is the kind of music we’re to expect from the super talented pairing, what we are about to receive, we’ll be very grateful for!

About the Author

: I'm Sid, a dude from Lincolnshire. I'll be bringing you music from the perspective of the dance floor, the place I love to be most! I've no production or DJ experience, but I do know a bloody good tune when I hear one and if I connect with it, I'll share it in the hope you connect with it to. Selection and connection is the name of the game.
