Friskie Business presents Funk The World 41

For episode 41 of Fort Knox Five’s consistently excellent ‘Funk The Wold’ mix series, they’ve invited their very good friend, Friskie Business in for a guest mix and what an hours worth of music he has supplied. Things open up with a bevvy of brass infused Funk tunes, which then takes us on to selection of more kick heavy Ghetto Funk tracks. As the phat beats ease down, we’re led into a collection of lush Disco to finish the mix off perfectly. Listen to this in 2, 5 or 10 years time and it’ll still sound as good as the first time you spun it! Get it on and enjoy the music.

: I’m Sid, a dude from Lincolnshire. I’ll be bringing you music from the perspective of the dance floor, the place I love to be most! I’ve no production or DJ experience, but I do know a bloody good tune when I hear one and if I connect with it, I’ll share it in the hope you connect with it to. Selection and connection is the name of the game.
