Funk The World 51 – Goodgroove

Bossman of Goodgroove Records and chief of all things Shindig Weekender, Slim Goodgroove, put together his guestmix for ‘Funk The World 51’ as a warmup for Fort Knox Five‘s Steve Raskin playing at the festival just a few weeks back. His mix is full of sunshine and great times and while it wasn’t an entirely sunshine packed weekend, great times were in abundance judging by the reports across all the social media platforms after all who attended got their brains realigned functioning properly to do so. If you’re looking for a snippet of just how good and how funky Shindig sounded, hit that play button!

About the Author

: I'm Sid, a dude from Lincolnshire. I'll be bringing you music from the perspective of the dance floor, the place I love to be most! I've no production or DJ experience, but I do know a bloody good tune when I hear one and if I connect with it, I'll share it in the hope you connect with it to. Selection and connection is the name of the game.
