Just in case any of you A.Skillz fans have missed his news, he has now signed up to Bandcamp! As well as uploading remastered versions of some of his most-loved classics like his Strawberry Fields, Come Together and Dub Be Good To Me bootlegs, he’ll also be dropping brand new and bootlegs and mashups that are exclusive to Bandcamp also.
The newest track to appear on A.Skillz Bandcamp page did so just a few days ago and is this Chaka Khan vs Lil’ Kim mashup featured. Tweaking Chaka Khan’s Like Sugar to give it a little bit more boom and bounce, A.Skillz drops in Lil’ Kim’s acapella to fire up his groove-heavy party piece.
If you’re a DJ, stay tuned after the track finishes because you’ll find a couple of handy edits that include an acapella outro and an instrumental battle break outro, so set up your loops and cue points and get busy!
