Louie Vega, Leroy Burgess & The Universal Robot Band Ft Patrick Adams present the absolutely sublime ‘Barely Breaking Even’, a Disco House gem for the ages that transports you back to the lush Soul, R&B and Funk of the late 70s and early 80s. The track is a cover and a tribute to the original by Universal Robot Band with strings performed by The Apple Hill String Quartet.
The song itself is a poignant and apt tale of economic struggles and the need to stay strong willed in the face of hardship. A superb milestone for BBE Music
