This truly outstanding rework of Marvin Gaye’s version of I Heard It Through The Grapevine by The Grant Lazlo Orchestra was brought back to my attention just over a week ago when Madame Electrifie used it to close her first-ever ‘Saturday Morning Twitchin’ show over on Twitch – 11:30 – 14:00 (GMT). It’s a track that I blogged quite some time ago, but because it got removed from Soundcloud during their hot-spell of takedowns a few years back, the original blog post featuring the intense funky rework was removed also. Shortly after Madame Electrifie’s show, it was brought to my attention that the track was still available on Bandcamp and because it’s one of those tracks I feel everyone should have a listen to at least once in their lives, here it is again!
