MAXIMONO & FRIENDS EP (This Ain’t Bristol)

Working off the principle of “A good friend is the one who brings out the best in you“, German House supremo MAXIMONO called on five of his friends to collaborate on his new five-track EP on the heavyweight German imprint This Ain’t Bristol. As you’re going to hear, the best has been brought out in all involved on this epic EP.

MAXIMONO’s ‘& Friends’ EP opens with a ‘Roar’ as teams up with fellow German producer SANFANDISKO on a hard as nails Tech House growler which then leads us onto a high-grade rave infused weapon in ‘The Chase’ with UK based Huxley. ‘Bongo Soul’ with UK’s Josh Brown is up next and the duo has cooked up what is my pick of the bunch. The intense power of their oriental -laced, bass-heavy track makes me want to experience it on the dancefloor as soon as I possibly can and when music does that you know you’re onto a winner!

Russian bass fiends Volac bring their influence to the party and with MAXIMONO bringing his, they have a true peak-time banger on their hands. That theme of heavy bass and high octane energy continues in full force as MARTEN HØRGER helps complete what is a real top-drawer selection of collaborative music on ‘Switch’. Buy them all, play them loud and love them forever!

About the Author

: I'm Sid, a dude from Lincolnshire. I'll be bringing you music from the perspective of the dance floor, the place I love to be most! I've no production or DJ experience, but I do know a bloody good tune when I hear one and if I connect with it, I'll share it in the hope you connect with it to. Selection and connection is the name of the game.
