Midnight Heist have been promising us that they’ve plenty of surefire Funk weapons on the way and there’s no denying that as we bring you their ‘Return To The Sauce’ EP.
The two tracks they’ve dished up this time are completely different flavours but serve the same purpose, to funk you up! The first of the two tracks is ‘Peppercorn Sauce’ and if this isn’t one of the funkiest reworks of a classic you’ve ever heard in your life so far, then you’re clearly doing very well in your own pursuit of Funk. Even only at 99 bpm, the dance floor will still be bouncing hard to this funky jam!
‘Teriyaki Sauce’ is the second track on the EP and this ones out of this world, quite literally. A spaced out groove and trippy melodies make for one cosmic journey into another dimension. Where you’ll end up nobody knows, but wherever you do end up, the ride be full of pleasure and wonderment.
