Nas – Nas Is Like (Dirty Skank Beats Remix)

Back in 2010, Dirty Skank Beats set off into the music world on a mission to share his sound that fuses together Reggae and Dancehall with Drum n Bass and Jungle. This choice of the fusion of sounds was clearly a wise one, as his first ever remix of ‘Clarks’ by, Vybz Kartel feat. Popcaan & Gaza Slim (Click Here To Listen) took off big time and he soon had top named artists and labels knocking on his door for official remixes.

With a scene that’s highly populated with producers, Dirty Skank Beats music has stood out amongst the rest and has gained support from artists such as Roni Size, Aphrodite, Grooverider, Ed Solo, Ragga Twins and Dub Pistols to name just a few. If you’ve got backing like that, you know you’re onto a winner!

Dirty Skank Beats first visit to the ward sees him this time around fuse Drum n Bass with a dash of Hip Hop, just for good measure. His tight, crisp and clean D n B twist on Nas’ 1999 classic ‘Nas Is Like’ is one of those high class joints that you can’t wait to listen to again an again! There’s plenty of music to be found from Dirty Skank Beats so as always, get digging to unearth the gold!
