Punks Music – Free Tracks / Mixes, Releases and Event News

After a very busy late summer and early autumn of partying, I’ve once again fell behind with all the Bass goings on from Punks Music. So to rectify that, here’s just a handful of some of the awesome sounds to have been dropped by the incredibly busy imprint over the last few months.

Since our last catch up, Punks have released 6 free downloadable tracks. All of them deliver pile driving bass, but the 2 we’ve picked out for you come from, Leda Stray, with his bone crushing track ‘Break Like Me’. The bass and broken beats in this one are bang on point, so good! The second track is another epic remix from, Left/Right. He’s got to work on PLS&TY and Autolaser‘s ‘Hiding From The Rain’ and delivered a dark, haunting and bass driven stunner!

The other free tracks from Punks come from, Bromley, Crawford, Pelikann and Majora & Denham Audio and really need checking out. Click here to get at them.

The ‘Punkscast’ mixes has been by far the busiest branch of the ever growing Punks Music family tree. There’s been no less than 8 mixes sent our way, showcasing a huge amount of talented stars in the making. We’ve picked out the most recent ‘Punkscast’ mixes from Barely Royal & Bunny and Isenberg that are both real heavyweights and again act as a tempter as to what else lies in wait.

The other huge mixes come from The Feels, Common Underground, Badjokes, Pelikann, Aloka and Crawford. Click here to get at them.

Punks Music are always on the lookout for new talent and have been overwhelmed with the number of amazing up and coming producers that are out there. They figured the best way to highlight a few of these is to start a new EP series titled ‘New Blood’. Volume one features music from Barely Royal & Bunnie, Pelikann, Crawford and Monikr, who are all artists that have stood out with their Bass music. There’s plenty of block rockin’ beats and mind bending bass on offer from this EP so check it, buy it, love it.

There’s even more music to buy from Badjokes, Tuff Culture, Tru Fonix, Sly-One and Plump DJs. Get at all of those here.

Label bosses, Stanton Warriors, introduce us all to the first wave of remixes from their critically acclaimed album ‘Rebel Bass’. The first track off the album to be remixed is the mighty ‘Hoping’ and the Stantons have not held back on their invites with Marten Horger, Jay Robinson, Left/Right and The Vanguard Project all drafted in to deliver their bass laiden takes on the original. All are proper dancefloor destroyers! Bag em on the link below.

Just before we round off this post, we bring you another couple of pieces of great news of 2 massive Punks Music parties that are happening the end of November and beginning of December. The first of the parties being held is on the 26th of November at the ‘Beaverworks‘ in Leeds and sees the label takeover all 5 rooms with plenty of chaos and carnage (of all the right kinds) going down from stars new and old out to totally smash it! The second party is being held on the 2nd of December in London on the River Thames and is the ‘Punks Music Xmas Boat Party‘. This is a party that always goes off and is set to again this year. For info on both of those parties, hit the links below.

: I'm Sid, a dude from Lincolnshire. I'll be bringing you music from the perspective of the dance floor, the place I love to be most! I've no production or DJ experience, but I do know a bloody good tune when I hear one and if I connect with it, I'll share it in the hope you connect with it to. Selection and connection is the name of the game.
