Second Hand Audio – Yes, We’re Open EP

With a couple of recent free downloads dropped on their Soundcloud page, it seems that Second Hand Audio are back in business as following on from them we bring you their ‘Yes, We’re Open’ EP. With a title like that, you could well read into it as their signal of intent that they are here to mean business and we’ve got our fingers crossed that’s exactly the case as we do love a bit of Second Hand Audio here on the ward.

Our love for the work of DJP and The Breakbeat Junkie (Second Hand Audio) shows no signs of letting up with the two new tracks of theirs on the new EP. ‘Second Hand’ is the first slice of funky Hip Hop magic to come our way. On this one they’ve teamed up with The Kurnel MC who once again lays down his party vibin’ rhymes to great effect on a track that must have been created with the sun high in the sky. The second of these funky Hip Hop gems ‘Married To The Music’ sees the guys join forces with Natty Speaks, who steps up to let his vocal dexterity shine and shine it does. Expect to hear these blasting out of a festival tent this summer!

Backing up each of those tracks is a remix from WBBL, who lays the smack-down with his familiar big beats and bass on ‘Second Hand’, while Mr Stabalina get his Glitch Hop on with a hefty remix of ‘Married To The Music’. Grab all 4 tracks, plus an instrumental of each on the link below, you won’t regret it!
