Funk, Soul & Disco

Sheila & B Devotion – Spacer (Mannix Crystal Disko Edit)

Austrian producer Mannix can always be found sewing in influences of Funk, Soul or Disco into the well crafted House music he creates. He is also a producer who focuses more on original music, but does on the odd occasion, like to put his spin on a classic track from back in the day and that’s exactly where we find ourselves with this revved-up Disco House edit of ‘Spacer’ by the short-lived French Disco quartet Sheila & B Devotion. There’s no doubting that this one’s for the party crew, much like most of his other music, so if you need floor-fillers, now you know where to get diggin’.

: I'm Sid, a dude from Lincolnshire. I'll be bringing you music from the perspective of the dance floor, the place I love to be most! I've no production or DJ experience, but I do know a bloody good tune when I hear one and if I connect with it, I'll share it in the hope you connect with it to. Selection and connection is the name of the game.
