Swollen Heads – Little Transgressions

Swollen Heads take us back to the golden era of raving with 3 tracks of intense techno rave on Ozone Recordings

We go back to the birth of rave music with this essential 3 track EP. ‘Social Anxiety Disorders’ combines elements of electro and acid house into a intricate bleep n’ bass banger with deep sweeping melodies that signal to the early warehouse rave sound. This absolute slammer of a tune builds and builds into a symphony of sound.

‘Think For Yourself’ is a huge slice of Beltram style techno that would slip into a modern techno set with absolute ease. Get blissfully lost in six plus minutes of mind blowing, melodic, Kevin ‘Reese’ Saunderson inspired Techno, primed and prepped for ramming the dancefloor.

‘Speaking In Technicolour’ goes in full throttle on the early dark rave sound. Twisted, psychedelic but still melodic, you can hear many an early rave classic embedded in the synths and beats of this closing track (Prodigy ‘Android’, Earth Leakage Trip ‘No Idea’).

Ozone Recordings are back and on a tear with consistent fire releases like this one. The rave is alive and very well in 2019
