Matonii is a production duo from Australia and judging by the brand of House music they make, they’re clearly influenced by the big fiery ball in the sky that often toasts their lands because sunshine filled days is all it makes you think of.
Along with a handful of releases on labels such as Blacksoul Music, Basement Sound, Motive Records and Blockhead Recordings, the guys have a couple of free tracks you can get your hands on if funds are running a little low at the mo. One of those is their fairly recent Disco tinged House rework of The Fog‘s 1993 classic ‘Been A Long Time’ and if you don’t hear this blasting from a terrace party somewhere this summer, an injustice has been done!
