The Freestylers – Bassment Beats #1

The Freestylers have kicked off a brand new mix series titled ‘Bassment Beats #1’ and with a title like that, you might well be expecting to hear a selection of full on and filthy tracks you’d find shaking the walls of a dark and sweaty underground party. If that is the case, it’s great news folks because the guys have rounded up an hours worth of Bass and Breaks tracks that’ll you find yourself getting down to at any given moment when that play button is pressed. The blend of new and old skool influences is pitched perfectly and music can be found from themselves and their side project Pirate Jams, plus a host of other party jams from some of their favourite artists. If you’ve never managed to catch The Freestylers live, one sure fire way to get a glimpse into the kind energy they create in their sets is to tune into their new mix so that you can bring it live and direct straight to your ears and soak it all up.

About the Author

: I'm Sid, a dude from Lincolnshire. I'll be bringing you music from the perspective of the dance floor, the place I love to be most! I've no production or DJ experience, but I do know a bloody good tune when I hear one and if I connect with it, I'll share it in the hope you connect with it to. Selection and connection is the name of the game.
