Nottingham based Toy Beats has certainly hit the ground running on the production front since his first release alongside his good friend Leygo a year or so ago. With a couple of other solo tracks to his name, here comes his fourth offering, a free and fully funked up House spin on Ohio Players infamous ‘Love Rollercoaster’ that’s bristling with the kind of energy for those big festival tents!

As well as getting to grips with his production work, Toy Beats has launched two new podcast series in ‘Disco Data’ and ‘Funk Data’. With two volumes of ‘Disco Data’ out there for all to hear, the first in the ‘Funk Data’ series has recently dropped and features an interview with Gramophone Soul, plus a guestmix and lots of other funky goings-on.
