VA-Dream Cycle Vol.3 [The Dreamers Recordings]

The Dreamers Recordings present Vol 3 of their forward facing ‘Dream Cycle’ VA comp LP

The Dreamers Recordings consistently put out original and fresh DnB of the finest calibre. Thats exactly what we get on new album ‘Dream Cycle Vol 3’ starting with the mellow Hip Hop instrumental vibes of Lynch Kingsley ‘Crows’ followed by the pure Liquid DnB dream groove of  Qua Rush ‘Agua Viva’ and the serene, twilight beats of Sentierum ft Chantal ‘Urban Rush.’

You could literally get lost in the 170BPM soul of Antony G ‘Getting Lost In Prague’ or even the dreamy overtures and infectious deepness of Fetus ‘Will Be’

The album moves into the familiar experimental style of Dreamers with the genre slippery Footwork/Hardcore/Jungle/DnB of Chromatic ‘Frozen Pipes’, the psychedelic drumfunk of Enjoy ‘Spirit Moves’ and the Deep Detroit inspired Footwork Jungle of Lizard ‘1 Half.’

Prepare to be blown away by the Sci Fi cinematic minimalism of Habit ‘Mouth Piece’ and caressed by the smooth bass driven Neve & SD ‘7th Heaven’ along with the sublime, horns led Crimson ‘Get Close’ and the warm sub attack of Levrige ‘Full Circle.’

Mr Shiriki does ear perfect  Liquid Jungle with ‘Ghetto Jah‘. Subdue massages the mind with the New Romantic vocals and Future Soul of ‘All Your Reasons‘ while Feijai blends R&B with timeless Adam F style DnB for ‘Let You Know.’

Frame paints a haunting soundscape for ‘So Real‘ while Kappasaur chains subtle off-kilter Future Bass synths to a crisp 2 step beat for ‘X Year.’ The fantastic comp comes to a close with a poignant amen tearout courtesy of Phog with ‘Life.’
