Ben Coda – Noisily Podcast

Ben Coda is one of my favourite techno musicians at the moment – and there a lot to chose from. This July if you go down to Coney Woods in Leicestershire you’ll be sure of a big surprise because, amongst all the other techno goodies on offer at Noisily, Ben is playing not once but twice as he’s playing with Nanoplex too. Too celebrate this fact and to get you in the mood for what is undoubtedly one of the best festivals on the UK calendar Ben has kindly put together a mix to promote it all.
Starting with the dark new track Seven Systems the mix gathers pace and includes some tracks from his last (and first!)album -reviewed elsewhere on this site too. The mix covers from progressive techno to out and out techno as it keeps up a relentless pace that he is sure to replicate at the festival and all created by his own fair hands and in his distinctive style. It is one for a bouncy day at the office or a shortish car journey. Listen to it loud and with the bass up to “annoy the neighbours” levels but most of all come to Noisily for the best weekend with the best people and music around.
