I recently came across this 3-year-old rework of Alex Preston’s funky House twist on Booker T & The MG’s “Green Onions” while having a scroll through my Soundcloud feed and because both feet instantly started tapping away and my head started swaying, I felt it was more than worthy of having the spotlight shone on it again. There’s a good chance some of you may have already encountered it judging by the number of plays it has had, but if you’ve yet to come one on one with this infectious and swingin’ rework, your time has now come to soak up its splendour.
