Digeridoo (Elite Force Revamp)

It’s not very often these days that we get to bring you a Breakbeat masterpiece from, Elite Force. Simon Shackleton sent his Elite Force alias on a long term hiatus quite some time ago, but he has recently uploaded his revamp of Aphex Twin’s seminal ‘Digeridoo’ which he’s also giving it away for free, which we’re incredibly grateful for and I’m sure many of you will be to. It was first released back in 2011, but with the added drums and a heavy Acid Breaks sound, it’ll still tear the dance floor a new one right here, right now!

If you’re a fan of Elite Force, we have some very exciting news for you as he is playing a one off gig in Manchester on November 25th. He’ll be playing for one of Manchester’s premier Breaks nights, Lowdown, who are sadly saying goodbye to the venue they called home for so many years, Sound Control. I’ve got my ticket and I cannot wait! If you’re interested and want to know more, head over to the event page on Facebook here >>> Lowdown w/Elite Force

In other news, Simon is selling a massive stack of his own Elite Force vinyl. The vinyl sale is roughly 10 days old on the date this is written, so inevitably some of it will already be sold, but if you want to see if you can grab yourself a piece, head over to his Facebook page here to find all the info and the link for the list of music on offer.
