‘Noise Up Motherf****r’ explodes into action armed with JB’s seminal Funky Drummer, beats that stomp like a herd of elephants, good time pianos (with a touch of that DnB magic) and dragon fire hoovers! As the rap sample says, this tune is a beast and an animal and we want to take it home!!!!
The title track bumps and booms with Boom Bap Rap vox, this time leaning a bit more in the late 90s Hardcore direction. The track sprints across sections of Italo piano, Reese bass and manipulated vocals that capture both the oldskool sound and the production techniques of modern bass music all in one. Technically brilliant and lots of fun to listen to!
That leads us to a fresh redux of 95′ jam ‘Let Yourself Go’ with clean beats and a number of subtle tweaks that refresh this favourite from the tougher side of UK Hardcore without sacrificing the addictive riffs and catchy samples that made this a set staple of every Hardcore DJ worth their salt!
