Just stop for a moment and appreciate the lush opening strings to ‘Real Jungle’, the faithful analogue bass and drums, snippets of ‘The Sun Rising’ pitched up and down, the amen breaks that smoothly transition into the mix, crickets samples and ethereal chords that call back to early Wax Doctor. ‘This Is The Jungle’ is packed with those early 94 Jungle signatures, incredible filtered breaks and dreamtime strings. Two truly excellent slices of true Junglism.
