While we’re on a Big Beat tip, we have to urge any fan of that sometimes funky, sometimes ferocious sound, to check out Rory Hoy’s new book ‘The Little Big Beat Book’. It’s fair to say that Rory has put his heart and soul into his new book and as word spread of his dedication to the cause, artists from the scene soon got in touch and by the time the book was complete, he had sat down with 120 of them including Fatboy Slim and Liam Howlett and Keith Flint from The Prodigy no less, to tell their stories of the short-lived, but altogether amazing sound of the mid to late 90’s.
