When you take a look back at the quality music Jayl Funk has released in the past, it should come as no surprise that he’s slammed down another winning hand with his Four Aces Funk EP!
Kicking off with the diamond in the pack, Sometimes is an elegant and sumptuous slice of funky Breaks thanks to those heavenly strings, which help it glint that bit brighter than the rest when added to any mix or live stream. The ace of clubs, Together, is just that, the ace of clubs, partly because it’s the most uptempo track on the EP and partly because of the hot and steamy Latin flavour that’ll get some hips moving on the dancefloor!
Next up is hotsteppin’ Feel The Heat and because of the funky piano, that scintillating horn section and the use of a classic vocal hook, this one is very much the ace in the pack, the best of the bunch! With the ace of hearts left, it’s fitting we have a track that’ll make your heart swell with happiness. Fantastic Sunshine has the smoothest of grooves and the most uplifting of vocal hooks which makes it flow effortlessly through the airwaves while transporting the listener to the favourite place in their mind. It’s all good Funk when Jayl Funk is in on the ward!
