Kraak Downtempo Vol.3 (Compiled by Timewarp)

When the winter wind blows, you might just take the decision to stay indoors and hunker down for the afternoon, evening or even day depending on how you’re feeling. Should that be your choice, may we recommend to you Kraak Records latest volume of its ‘Kraak Downtempo’ album series that once again sees label owner Timewarp take on the unenviable task of handpicking a handful of blissful gems from the extensive and high-quality archives from day one to present releases.

Take on the task Timewarp has and there’s no doubting his selection credentials once you fully immerse yourself into the 11 breathtaking tracks he has chosen. Although each and everyone has an easy-going feel to put you completely at ease with the world, there’s a great variety of styles which will keep you fully focused and full of intrigue as to where you’re going to be taken next. There’s lots to love on this album because the music comes from artists such as mCurtis, Vito Lalinga (Vi Mode Inc. Project), Kiano & Below Bangkok and Timewarp to name a few, but it’s Lego Boy‘s stunning ‘Dreams Under Your Bed’ that has us keep going back for more and more.

Buy ‘Kraak Downtempo Vol.3’ here on Bandcamp.

: I'm Sid, a dude from Lincolnshire. I'll be bringing you music from the perspective of the dance floor, the place I love to be most! I've no production or DJ experience, but I do know a bloody good tune when I hear one and if I connect with it, I'll share it in the hope you connect with it to. Selection and connection is the name of the game.
