Back in the summer of 2018, Bombstrikes dropped Prosper & Stabfinger‘s funktastic ‘Fire In Me’ EP and with its second release of 2019, it’s bringing us 4 huge remixes of all the music found on the original EP from a crack team of highly skilled and talented producers from around the globe!
The ‘Fire In Me Remixes’ EP is bookended by 2 remixes of ‘Get Out My Life’. The first of these will have you exploring your more exotic dance moves as Loo & Placido deliver a carnival flavoured vibe on their Moombahton influenced remix, while Loïs & Fruckie bring a deep acid chug to their mind-bending remix. In between those 2 remixes, All Good Funk Alliance and Trotter team up on their Nu-Funk spin on ‘Drive By Pony’. There’s a whole lot of funk goin’ down on this one, but the drums are absolute killa! Kibosh completes proceedings and instead of remixing just one tune, he’s put his production skills to good use by fusing together ‘Fire In Me’ and ‘Drive By Pony’ to create a Glitch Hop storm that rains down bass.
