It has been far too long since Basement Freaks has lit up the Funk wing of the ward, so, without further ado, here are a couple of smokin’ hot remixes he’s recently let loose as a digital release and 7″ vinyl also!
The first of the two remixes see Basement Freaks revisit his own track ‘White Hot’ that he recorded with the awesome soulstress Kylie Auldist and strip it back to reveal a classic Funk overhaul that oozes nothing but class and style. His second remix is a return to his more familiar Electro Funk sound with a bumpin’ booty shakin’ remix of John Turrell‘s ‘Won’t Get Fooled Again’. Whether you have old or new school heads on the floor, this release will help you have all bases covered when it comes to keeping smiles on faces and feet on the floor.
